Press kit

Who DDG is, how the firm came to be, who to talk to and every approved file a newsroom needs — in one place.

Mission

From potential to place.

DDG turns underused land into places that hold their value — for the people who live there, the municipalities that maintain them and the partners who build them.

Every project is underwritten on what the ground can actually carry: soils, water, grade, access and approvals first; program second. That order is what lets a plan survive review, and what keeps a finished community from fighting its own site a decade later.

DDG is the developer. It acquires and entitles land, carries infrastructure, and releases build-ready homesites to buyers and builder partners — it is not the homebuilder, and it is not a residential brand.

History

How DDG got here.

Formation

One development entity

DDG was formed to bring Jason Meyer's land acquisition and development work under a single development company — Diversified Development Group, LLC — with a clear separation between developer, builder and residential brand.

2025

Vierling Shores on Cow Bay

DDG's flagship community in Prior Lake, Minnesota: 54.7 acres platted into 107 homesites across three collections, with a 1.65-acre waterfront district and 5.17 acres of preserved wetland and buffer. Now reserving.

2027

Walden of Hastings

A villa and twin home neighborhood in Hastings, Minnesota, designed and constructed with 310 Designs and Development Co, with marketing and sales led by Rod Larson of RE/MAX Advantage Plus.

Team

Who you'll speak with.

Jason Meyer

Founder / Owner / Development Principal / Land Development Manager

Jason leads acquisition, underwriting, entitlement strategy and partner coordination on every DDG project. He reviews each land opportunity brought to the firm personally, and holds the relationships with municipalities, engineers and builder partners that carry a site from raw ground to build-ready homesites.

Joie Schubert

Executive Assistant to Jason Meyer

Joie manages scheduling, media routing and buyer inquiries for DDG. She is the first point of contact for press requests, interview scheduling and access to approved company materials.
